Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Our reservation policy is intended to be fair with our guests and also to protect our business. When you reserve a unit and place a deposit with us, we remove that unit from the market and refuse other requests for it. For that reason, we require a 30% deposit. One night stays are to be paid in full at the time reservation is made. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for payment. Your remaining balance is due at check in.
Any cancellations prior to 60 days of arrival date will be charged a $50.00 processing fee per reservation. The entire 30% deposit is non-refundable for any cancellations within 60 to 30 days of arrival. Any reservations cancelled less than 30 days will be charged for the full amount due. (Traveler’s Insurance is your responsibility if you choose to purchase it)
Snow-Go policy (Winter Season)
Winter season is a great time to come up to St. Germain for snowmobiling. Snow conditions may vary and at times, the trails may not be in the best condition. Therefore, we have created our Snow-Go Policy for our snowmobile enthusiasts. A 30% deposit is required at the time a reservation is made. However, a guest has up to 5 days prior to arrival to cancel their reservation at no fee ONLY if the snow conditions are poor, if the rental establishments stop renting out their sleds, or the trails are rated as very poor or un-rideable. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by a manager.
