OUR RESERVATION POLICY is intended to be fair with our guests and also protect our business. When you reserve a unit and place a deposit with us, we remove that unit from the market and refuse other requests for it. For that reason,
WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT of 30% (if staying 3 or more nights), 50% (if staying 2 nights), and a 1 night stay is to be paid in full before arrival. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Traveler's Checks, Personal Checks & Cash are accepted for payment. Your balance is considered due 30 days prior to your arrival date and payable upon departure.
RATES are based on up to two persons per bedroom. Two additional guests are accommodated with a sleeper sofa (except in the Bear Cub cottage). When occupancy exceeds two per bedroom, CHILDREN 12 years & under are charged $10/night or $50/week. ADULTS 13 years and up are charged $15/night or $75/week.
**Special Midweek Rates require a 2 night stay. 2, 3 or 7 day minimum stays may be required at peak times.

UPON ARRIVAL, a valid MasterCard, Visa, or Discover must be presented as security for damages & house charges. We recommend NOT using your Debit Card at check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY (SUMMER): If 60 days notice is provided, we will return your deposit less a $50 processing fee. If your notice is less than 60 days but more than 30 days from your scheduled arrival, you will forfeit your deposit. If your cancellation is less than 30 days from your scheduled arrival your balance is due in full. For this reason we recommend Travel Guard Insurance to protect your investment in your vacation. We are unable to offer partial refunds for early departures. Ask our Guest Representative for details.

ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: Basic kitchenware, charcoal grill (removed in winter), dish soap, toilet tissue, and bed linens. May 1 - October 15: rentals include one row boat OR dockage for your own boat. A paved boat landing is on site.
ACCOMMODATIONS DO NOT INCLUDE: Bath, beach or kitchen towels, daily housekeeping, consumables like charcoal, coffee, salt & pepper, or any toiletries.
AVAILABLE WITH ADDITIONAL FEE: Bath towels, housekeeping services, pack n play, high chairs, VCRs, snowshoes, life vests, outboard motors and other marina rentals. |
