SPECIAL BIG ST. GERMAIN LAKE VACATION HOME RENTAL POLICIES

Occupancy: 10 guests standard (rates quoted above are valid up to this occupancy) 12 Maximum (there may be an additional charge)

No Smoking

Pets - small dogs are permitted with prior management approval and arrangement. Pet Fee per stay is $159 (or $10 per day - whichever is greater).

Respect our neighbors by not trespassing and honoring quiet times between 10pm and 8am.

Summer Weekly rentals are from Sunday to Sunday (check-in after 4pm and check-out by 10am).

Included: initial towels, bed linens, basic kitchenware, pier, 2 row boats, 6 life vests, 1 DVD Player, 3 color cable TVs, gas grill and patio furniture.

Available for Additional Fee: additional boats, outboard motors, and pontoon boats for rent.

Bring your own: specialty kitchenware such as wok, griddle, roast pans, lake toys, etc.

A 30% Deposit is required to confirm your reservation – call Black Bear Lodge Resort Office for assistance! 1-800-563-4340. The balance will be due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If 30 days notice is provided, we will return your deposit, less a $50 processing fee. If your notice is less than 30 days from your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be kept. We are unable to offer partial refunds for early departures.
